*The 320, 321, 330, and 331 require a 2.5mm to RJ-9 adapter, which is available from Polycom. Polycom Part # for adapter is 2200-11095-002. This part enables you to connect an RJ-9 Headset to a 2.5mm Headset Compatible Phone. (The Polycom 2200-11095-002 is a 5-pack of 2.5mm to RJ-9 headset interface adapters. This adapter is compatible with SoundPoint IP 330 and 320 phones.)
If pairing to a wireless Plantronics headset, the adapter needed, in addition to the APP-5, is Model 78333-01.
If pairing to a corded Plantronics headset, the adapter needed, in addition to the APP-5, is Model 27190-01.
