I had one of these a few years ago and wanted to have a spare because it worked so well. When I found these, I bought 4 of them, the price is great and I gave one to my daughter, one to my mom, I'm using the new one and keeping one for a spare in case I can't find them again. LOVE THIS, you won't be disappointed!

The headset is comfortable to use, and whomever I'm talking to has commented that the sound quality is very good. My only 'con' is that I wish the volume could increase just a bit more. I can hear everyone but not at the same exact level of volume I can when I'm not using a headset.
