Non DOA (Dead On Arrival) Returns within 30 days
HeadsetHome.com will accept your returned items in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that original manufacturer's packaging, both inside and outside must be used. Returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc. Please contact us to generate a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending back the equipment. If items are returned without the completed RMA form, the product will be sent back to the customer with return shipping paid by customer. Returned Items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
DOA (Dead On Arrival) Returns within 20 days
Headsethome.com will replace Plantronics DOA items within 20 days of receipt and pay for returned shipping.* If the DOA item is returned after the 20 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping expense.
Custom Headset Orders
Custom ordered headsets have a target build date of 6-8 weeks. The delivery of these items may vary based on seasonality and order volume experienced by Plantronics. Since these items are custom built, orders may not be canceled once they are placed.
*Replacements are for in-stock items and may not be immediately available for custom order products or products that have extended build times.
